Your Stylist in a Box – Returns, Refunds & Non‑Delivery Policy

Our Returns and Refunds Policy lasts 30 calendar days starting from your purchase date and applies to all products sold by Your Stylist in a Box.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a replacement, refund or exchange. If your item is clearly faulty, please email lookgreat@yourstylistinabox.com with photos, and you will receive an email stating the next steps.

1. Non‑Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you must notify us within the same 30‑day period to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

2. Returns (Damaged, Faulty or Not as Expected)

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • returned with your email address and original payment method stated.

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are not refundable.

  • Discounted or sale items are non‑refundable unless clearly faulty.

  • Downloadable products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

Before returning any item, please email lookgreat@yourstylistinabox.com with photos.

Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of our confirmation email (unless a reasonable delay is unavoidable).

If you have not received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email lookgreat@yourstylistinabox.com with photos, then return the item to the address above.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own return postage. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

If returning a higher‑value item, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
